1. The Regulations enter into force on 04.08.2025.
2. The Regulations may be subject to periodic amendments, with the date of entry into force of the amendments being indicated on the Online Store website. Amendments to the applicable Regulations or new content of the Regulations enters into force after 7 days from the date of placing the new content of the Regulations on the Online Store website. The amended Regulations will apply to orders placed from the date of entry into force of the amendments, provided that the amended Regulations will be made available on the Online Store website in a manner enabling familiarization with the amended Regulations in a manner equally accessible as in the case of the current Regulations and provided that the Customer confirms that he/she has read and accepted the amended Regulations before placing an order for which such amended Regulations will apply. The amendment to the Regulations does not have any impact on orders placed before the date of entry into force of the amended Regulations and agreements concluded on the basis of such orders.
3. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
1. Pursuant to art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the Online Store without specifying the reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs referred to below, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product (by the Consumer or a person indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier), and in the case of a contract that:
a) covers many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, batch or part,
b) consists of regular delivery of items for a specified period - from taking possession of the first item.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal to the Seller before the deadline referred to above. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry. The Consumer may, but is not obligated to, use the withdrawal form. The declaration may be sent in writing to the postal address of Mdoora5, ul. Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków, or by e-mail to: shop@mdoora5.com
3. In the event of effective exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded, and all services of the parties and remuneration received as a result of the performance of the contract are subject to return (subject to paragraphs 6 and 9 below). If the Consumer submitted a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before the Seller accepted their offer, the offer ceases to be binding.
4. The Consumer is obliged to return the Products within 14 days from the date on which they withdrew from the contract.
5. The Product should be returned by delivering it in person to the address Mdoora5, ul. Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków or by delivering the Product in another way to the address provided above. The choice of the method of returning the Products to the Seller is up to the Consumer.
6. The refund of all payments made by the Customer in connection with the contract from which the Consumer has withdrawn, including the costs of delivering the Product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller in the Online Store), will be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer. With the consent of the Seller and after obtaining the express consent of the Consumer, another method of refunding the payment may also be established, which will not involve additional costs for the Consumer.
7. The direct costs of delivering the Product returned as a result of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer. In the event of withdrawal from the sales agreement for a Product that, due to its nature, cannot be returned by post in the normal manner, the return costs may vary depending on the actual weight of the Product, shape (in particular the length of the longest side of the Product), the distance from the place of shipment to the place to which the Product is returned and the transport/courier company whose services the Consumer will use. The amount of the return costs - the maximum cost of return delivery of the Product within Poland - is estimated at up to PLN 20 - a standard-sized package up to 5 kg. In the event of returning the Product from a country to which it was sent by the Seller, other than Poland, the amount of the return costs - the maximum cost of return delivery of the Product to Poland - is estimated at up to PLN 120 - a standard-sized package up to 5 kg.
8. The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer until the Product is received back or the Consumer provides proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
9. The Consumer is liable for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. "Determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item" means only trying out and trying on the item in a manner that is possible and customarily accepted in traditional stores.
10. The right to withdraw from the agreement concluded via the Online Store does not apply to the Consumer in relation to agreements:
a) for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after the Seller has performed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement;
b) in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or intended to meet his individual needs;
c) in which the Consumer expressly requested that the Seller's representative come to him for the purpose of urgent repair or maintenance; if the entrepreneur provides additional services other than those requested by the Consumer, or supplies items other than spare parts necessary to perform repairs or maintenance, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in relation to additional services or Products.
1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Products free from physical and legal defects. Based on Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code, the Customer has statutory rights resulting from the warranty. The Seller is liable under the warranty if the sold Product has physical or legal defects.
2. In order for the Seller to consider the complaint, the Customer should deliver the Seller the Product complained about together with proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, transfer confirmation) and a description of the complaint. The Customer who exercises the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver (at the Seller's expense) the defective Product to the following address: Mdoora5, ul. Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków. The provisions of this paragraph 2 apply to the return of the Product in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
3. It is advisable for the Customer to provide the following in the complaint:
a) description of the identified defect,
b) date of the identified defect,
c) date of purchase,
d) desired method of resolving the complaint and,
e) return contact details of the Customer (name, surname, postal address, e-mail address),
f) order number. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer to supplement the information contained in the complaint if the information provided by the Customer is incomplete and the complaint cannot be considered. The Customer may use the complaint form located here, however, this is not obligatory.
4. Within 14 days, the Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint and inform them about the method of further proceedings.
5. The Customer will be notified about the method of complaint consideration by e-mail by sending a message to the Customer's e-mail address provided in the complaint, and in the absence thereof, to the Customer's postal address.
6. In the event that the Seller, pursuant to the provisions on warranty, delivers to the Customer a Product free from defects, they may simultaneously request the return of the defective Product.
7. If the Customer is a Consumer, after the complaint procedure is completed, they may use out-of-court complaint and claim settlement procedures. In particular, the Consumer may use mediation procedures provided by the Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection or permanent consumer arbitration courts operating at the Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection. Detailed information on out-of-court complaint and claim settlement procedures, as well as the rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection. Important information in this regard can also be obtained on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: www.uokik.gov.pl. In the event of a dispute involving a Consumer, the ODR internet platform, which is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ (the Seller's e-mail address for contact via the ODR internet platform is as follows: shop@mdoora5.com), may also be used for its out-of-court resolution. The use of out-of-court complaint and claim settlement methods is voluntary and may only take place if both parties to the dispute agree to it. The above provision is for information purposes only and does not mean that the Seller has expressed consent to participate in out-of-court complaint and claim settlement methods (dispute resolution).

The personal data provided by you in connection with the registration of an account in the Online Store or in connection with placing an order in the Online Store will be processed by the Seller in order to perform the concluded contract for the provision of services by electronic means, including in particular for the purpose necessary to fulfill the order placed in the Online Store (on the principles specified in these regulations). The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation").
In addition, these data will be processed by the Seller for the purpose of marketing its own services (in cases where the law allows the processing of data for these purposes without the consent of the data subject), based on the legal basis specified in Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. In addition, the Seller may transfer your data only to entities providing services necessary to perform the contract or fulfill a legal obligation, i.e. entities servicing our IT systems or providing our teleinformatic tools, entities providing accounting services or legal assistance to the Seller, and if required by law, also to other entities.Your personal data will be stored by the Seller for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services concluded as part of the Online Store and after its termination, in order for the Seller to exercise the rights and obligations resulting from applicable legal regulations, including in particular tax obligations. 1. Products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland, European Union countries and the United States.
2. Delivery of Products takes place via a courier company.
3. Delivery costs depend on the country of delivery.Delivery costs are provided on the Online Store website during theorder placement, including immediately before it is placed.
4. The order processing time is up to 7 - 28 Business Days. The order processing time is counted from the moment the Seller receives payment for the ordered Products. The above deadlines do not apply in a situation where the Customer individually agrees with the Seller on a different delivery date for the ordered Products.
5. The ordered Product is delivered together with proof of purchase.
1. The Customer may make a payment (prepayment):
a) by regular bank transfer to the Seller's bank account, which will be indicated in the message confirming the order;
b) PayPal (at the end of the ordering process, the Customer will be redirected from the Online Store to the website of the indicated payment system, where they should follow the procedure provided on that website).
2. The Customer is obliged to make the payment no later than within 2 Business Days from the date of receipt of the Seller's e-mail confirming receipt of the order. Failure to make the payment within the above 2 (two) day period will result in the cancellation of the order placed by the Customer.
3. The order will not be processed until the Seller receives payment for the ordered Products. Only after receiving the payment will the Seller begin the process of preparing the order for processing.
1. Orders in the Online Store are placed by selecting a given Product or a larger number of Products using the "Add to cart" option and then proceeding in accordance with the instructions provided on the order page in the Online Store.
2. To complete the order process, the following will be necessary:
a) acceptance of these Online Store Regulations;
b) indication of the Customer's address;
c) indication of the recipient's data and place of delivery;
d) indication of the mobile phone number and e-mail address;
e) making a payment.
3. The order placed by the Customer will be confirmed by the Seller by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
4. Confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution will be sent by the Seller immediately after payment for the ordered Products has been made.
5. The Seller will immediately inform the Customer in the event of unavailability of all or part of the Products covered by the order. In the event of unavailability of some of the Products covered by the order, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer asking for confirmation whether the order is to be executed in the remaining part. The Customer may cancel the placed order in its entirety, in a situation where some of the Products covered by such order are not available by sending an e-mail message to the Seller at shop@mdoora5.com The Seller, immediately after receiving information about the cancellation of the entire order or immediately after finding the unavailability of the ordered Product (all ordered Products), will return to the Customer all payments made in connection with the order. In the event of an agreement on partial execution of the placed order (in accordance with the above provisions), the Seller will refund the price and delivery costs of those Products in relation to which the order will not be fulfilled. The payment will be returned to the Customer's bank account from which the payment was made or, in the event of an express agreement between the Customer and the Seller - in another agreed form.
1. Product information available on the Online Store website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
2. The prices of the Products indicated on the Online Store website are net prices (excluding VAT) and are given in euros.
3. The prices of the Products indicated on the Online Store website do not include the costs of delivering the Products. Delivery costs are given on the Online Store website during the order placement, including immediately before it is placed.
4. The price of the Product is the price indicated on the individual page presenting the Product at the time the Customer places the order. The price of the Product and the total price for the ordered Products and information on delivery costs will be indicated in the order confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail.
1. The Customer may place orders for Products and purchase them via the Online Store:
a) after prior or simultaneous registration of the Customer by creating an account on the www.mdoora5.com website;
b) without the need to register on the www.mdoora5.com website ("Guest" formula).
2. The Customer who registered by creating an account on the www.mdoora5.com website is obliged to protect access to the Customer's own account, in particular by protecting the confidentiality of the account password.
3. The Customer making a transaction via the Online Store in the "Guest" formula should follow the messages displayed on the Online Store website when placing an order.
The definitions contained in these Regulations written in capital letters have the following meaning:
Seller – Dorota Marciniak-Holona conducting unregistered business called Mdoora5 at ul. Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków.
Online Store – the online store operated by the Seller operating at the following internet address: www.mdoora5.com;
Website – means the website www.mdoora5.com, on which the Online Store operates;
Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity, using the Online Store;
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person, concluding a legal transaction with the Seller via the Online Store (in particular purchasing Products) not directly related to their business or professional activity;
Product – a movable item offered for sale via the Online Store;
Regulations – these Regulations of the Online Store; Consumer Rights Act - the act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014, item 827, as amended);
Business Day - means a calendar day excluding Saturday, Sunday and days recognized by law as non-working days.
The Online Store operating on the website www.mdoora5.com is run by Dorota Marciniak-Holona.
The activity is not registered in the register of entrepreneurs - CEIDG, the Tax Office and the Central Statistical Office, because it is conducted under the law as an unregistered business activity that does not require registration until the tax amount is exceeded.

These Regulations constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded via the Online Store.
