Cancellation Policy for Online Purchases

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly; on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.     

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us (Dorota Marciniak-Holona, Mdoora5, Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków, Tel: +48 515 259 390, Mail: shop@mdoora5.info) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us, which are refundable immediately, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received information about your withdrawal from this contract. In the event of this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund the money until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, depending on which event occurs first.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract (Dorota Marciniak-Holona, Mdoora5, Sucharskiego 8/53, 95-035 Ozorków, Tel.: +48 515 259 390, e-mail: shop@mdoora5.info) for return or transfer. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if the loss in value results from handling the goods in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
